Welcome to the Panini Sticker Swap platform (accessible at https://fifastickertrade.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Intended Use and Scope of Service

The Platform is strictly an informational matchmaking directory and communication tool intended to help collectors coordinate the swapping of physical collectibles (such as stickers).

• Passive Directory Only: The Platform acts solely as a passive venue for users to list stickers they "need" or "have" and to connect with other users.
• No Intermediary Role: The Platform does not participate in, control, manage, or monitor the actual exchanges, trades, messaging contents, or shipping agreements between users.
• Strictly Non-Commercial: The Site is intended for equal-value, hobbyist sticker swapping. The Platform does not facilitate, process, or support buying, selling, or financial transactions of any kind.

2. User Responsibility and Mandatory Due Diligence

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. Because the Platform cannot verify the identity, intentions, or accuracy of its users, you are strictly required to perform your own due diligence.

• Safety & In-Person Meetings: If you choose to meet another user in person to execute a swap, you do so entirely at your own risk. We strongly advise meeting exclusively in well-lit, heavily populated public places (such as a police station safe-exchange zone, a busy coffee shop, or a public mall) during daylight hours. Never go to a private residence or invite strangers to your home.
• Mail Swaps: If you choose to execute a swap via postal mail, you acknowledge that the Platform cannot guarantee that the other party will fulfill their end of the agreement. You assume all risks of lost mail, unfulfilled trades, or damaged items.
• Verification: You are responsible for independently verifying the condition, authenticity, and volume of the items being swapped prior to finalizing any exchange.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

• Age Requirements: The Platform is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you may only use this Site under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Site administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Sell stickers, request monetary payment, or run unauthorized commercial enterprises.
• Defraud, scam, or mislead other users.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or stalk other users.
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Scrape, data-mine, or deploy automated bots to extract information from the Site.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OWNER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE SITE OWNER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT, USER-POSTED INFORMATION, OR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF THE STICKERS TRANSACTED OR SWAPPED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SITE OWNER, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
• THE CONDUCT, ACTIONS, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR USER ON THE SITE;
• ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, FRAUD, SCAMS, THEFT, OR DISPUTES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM IN-PERSON MEETINGS OR POSTAL EXCHANGES ARRANGED VIA THE SITE;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, ALTERATION, OR USE OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Site owner, operators, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your interaction or dispute with any other user; or (iv) your violation of any third-party right.

8. Modification of Terms and Termination

The Site owner reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. The Site owner also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

9. Trademark / Affiliation Disclaimer

This Platform is an independent fan-made, community-driven tool. It is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, sponsored, or in any way officially connected to Panini S.p.A., Panini America, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product and company names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective holders.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maryland.
